3.1 Start Your Franchise respects the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the client’s consent.

3.2 The client acknowledges that Start Your Franchise may disclose confidential information to its employees or contractors as necessary to provide the agreed-upon services.

4. Intellectual Property

4.2 The client may use the intellectual property provided by Start Your Franchise solely for the purpose of operating the franchised business as outlined in the service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Start Your Franchise shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of its services.

5.2 The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Start Your Franchise, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of or in any way connected with the client’s use of Start Your Franchise’s services.

6. Governing Law

6.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of incorporation of Start Your Franchise.

7. Modification of Terms
